The experts are responsible for conducting trainings on Human Rights: Protection Mechamisms and ECHR,  Prevention of Stigma and Discrimination, Prevention of Torture, Freedom of Speech vs. Hate Speech for CSO representatives.

Goal of the training:
Capacity building of CSO representatives in Armenia on Human Rights: Protection Mechamisms and ECHR,  Prevention of Stigma and Discrimination, Prevention of Torture, Freedom of Speech vs. Hate Speech to reduce SOGI-based stigma and discrimination and hate-speech in the Armenian society.

Job description
• To introduce the topics of Human Rights: Protection Mechamisms and ECHR,  Prevention of Stigma and Discrimination, Prevention of Torture, Freedom of Speech vs. Hate Speech.
• To develop a module on Human Rights: Protection Mechanisms, Prevention of Torture, Stigma and Discrimination, Human Rights and ECHR to be used during the training in collaboration with the project coordinator.
• The module must be presented in PowerPoint format, should include sections on theoretical knowledge and practical work on the subject. All materials should be made in Armenian.

Required qualifications
• Work experience in the field of Human Rights: Protection Mechamisms and ECHR,  Prevention of Stigma and Discrimination, Prevention of Torture, Freedom of Speech vs. Hate Speech.
• Readiness to promote human rights among the project target groups
• Deep knowledge of the issues of vulnerable groups, particularly LGBTI people
• Work experience with civil society, local and international organizations
• Excellent communication skills
