On 14 August 2019, discussion-training entitled “We and Our Rights” was held at New Generation Humanitarian NGO between Shushan Khnkoyan, laywer of NG NGO and LGBTI people, as well as their allies.
During the meeting, Shushan Khnkoyan introduced the concept of rights, rights and responsibilities of LGBTI people when dealing with law-enforcement bodies, how to protect their rights in case of insults, defamation, as well as gave comprehensive answers to the questions raised during the training. The training included lively discussions, Q&A, as well as active debates.
The goal of the training was to provide the participants with strong knowledge about their rights, inform them which are the cases of violation of their rights by law-enforcement bodies and how they can protect their own rights.
