INTRODUCTION:
New Generation Humanitarian NGO is implementing the “HIV Prevention among MSM and LGBTI people in Armenia” project granted by Elton John AIDS Foundation and intends to apply part of this Program funding for eligible payments under the Contract for which this tender is issued. New Generation Humanitarian NGO therefore invites offers from eligible suppliers for the provision of HIV rapid tests according to the following specifications.
