The purpose of the trainings is:
Capacity building of CSO representatives on "Public Speaking Skills" , " How to work with Mass media and PR "," Strategic Planning" and "NGOs – safe space for Vulnerable Groups", which will contribute to the reduction of hatred and discrimination based on gender identity and sexual orientation in the society, more professional approach of CSOs in their work with LGBTI community and advocacy of their rights.
Job Description:
• In collaboration with the program coordinator to develop a training module on "Empowerment of NGOs”, which will be used during the training.
• Present one or more of the topics within "Empowerment of NGOs” with all its components.
• The module should be presented in PowerPoint format, including the theoretical knowledge and practical activities on the topic.
