The expert is responsible for conducting one-day training on Sexuality for CSO representatives.
Goal of the training:
Capacity building of CSO representatives in Armenia on Sexuality to contribute to more professional approach in work with LGBTI people and their related issues, reduce SOGI-based stigma and discrimination in the society.
Job description
• To introduce the topics of Sexuality.
• To develop a module on Sexuality to be used during the training in collaboration with the project coordinator.
• The module must be presented in PowerPoint format, should include sections on theoretical knowledge and practical work on the subject. All materials should be made in Armenian.
Required qualifications and skills:
• Work experience in the field of Sexuality.
• Readiness to promote human rights among project target groups
• Deep knowledge of the issues of vulnerable groups, particularly LGBTI people
• Work experience with civil society, local and international organizations
• Excellent communication skills
