The expert is responsible for conducting training on Sexuality for Mass Media representatives.
Goal of the training:
Capacity building of Mass Media representatives in Armenia on Sexuality to contribute to impartial coverage of LGBTI related issues, reduce SOGI-based stigma and discrimination and hate-speech in the Armenian mass media and the society.
Job description
• To introduce the topics of Sexuality.
• To develop a module on Sexuality to be used during the training in collaboration with the project coordinator.
• The module must be presented in PowerPoint format, should include sections on theoretical knowledge and practical work on the subject. All materials should be made in Armenian.
Required qualifications
• Work experience in the field of Sexuality.
• Readiness to promote human rights among project target groups
• Deep knowledge of the issues of vulnerable groups, particularly LGBTI people
• Work experience with civil society, local and international organizations
• Excellent communication skills
