“New Generation” Humanitarian NGO announces four-part seminar training for Mass Media representatives․
Goal
Capacity building of Armenian Mass Media representatives on Human Rights, Stigma, Discrimination and Torture Prevention, Sexuality, Monitoring and Reporting skills, Work with NGOs, Safe space for vulnerable groups, Proper and Impartial Coverage of LGBTI issues.
Duration
The entire training duration is 4 months. It consists of 4 two/three or four-day trainings:
First training will be held on April 25-28, 2018, on the topic of Sexuality.
Participation in all parts of the training is obligatory.
In all the stages of the training the participants will be provided with both theoretical and practical knowledge, necessary materials and literature, as well as they will be given practical tasks and assignments and consultation.
The training is implemented by “New Generation” Humanitarian NGO within the framework of project on Capacity Building and Empowerment for Protection of Human Rights of LGBTI people in Armenia, with the financial support of Norwegian Helsinki Committee.
