The experts are responsible for conducting trainings on Human Rights, Prevention of Discrimination, Freedom of Speech, Hate Speech for CEI representatives.
Goal of the training:
Capacity building of CEI representatives in Armenia on Human Rights, Prevention of Discrimination, Freedom of Speech, Hate Speech to sensitize them on LGBTI related issues to raise their competence in addressing LGBTI rights protection and discrimination issues .
Job description
• To introduce the topics of Human Rights, Prevention of Discrimination, Freedom of Speech, Hate Speech.
• To develop a module on Human Rights, Prevention of Discrimination, Freedom of Speech, Hate Speech to be used during the training in collaboration with the project coordinator.
• The module must be presented in PowerPoint format, should include sections on theoretical knowledge and practical work on the subject. All materials should be made in Armenian.
Required qualifications
• Work experience in the field of Human Rights, Prevention of Discrimination, Freedom of Speech, Hate Speech.
• Readiness to promote human rights among the project target groups
• Deep knowledge of the issues of vulnerable groups, particularly LGBTI people
• Work experience with civil society, local and international organizations
• Excellent communication skills
