On March 12-13, 2020, a two-day outgoing training was organized by New Generation Humanitarian NGO for CSO representatives operating in different regions.
The topics of the training were "Project Design and Management" and "Monitoring and Reporting", which was conducted by Varuzhan Avanesyan, an international trainer and andragogue with huge experience in the field.
On the first day, after their arrival at the training venues, the participants were introduced to each other using the special game created by the expert, which helped for the atmosphere to become free and friendly in a short period of time, and everyone was quickly involved in the process. During the presentation of the topic of "Project Design and Management", the participants first shared their own knowledge about the topic, then the expert presented in detail the subtopics of "Problem Statement", "Project Goal and Objectives", "Activities", "Expected Results", "Project Impact", Project Continuity / Sustainability" and other relevant subjects within the topic of Project Design and Management. The topic was so engrossing that discussions lasted until late evening.
On the second day, the participants were introduced to the topic of "What is Monitoring and what is its purpose", "Types of Monitoring", "Implementation of Monitoring", "Basic Monitoring Methods", "Monitoring and Reporting".
As a result of the training, according to the anonymous evaluation forms filled by the participants, they gained important knowledge and skills that are fully applicable in their field of work. At the end of the training, participants were awarded with certificates of participation.
