the first working meeting of the Consultative Council, consisting of representatives of civil society and community-based organizations

On February 15, 2019, the first working meeting of the Consultative Council, consisting of representatives of civil society and community-based organizations, was held within the framework of the "Right to Health" program as an expert and advisory non-formal independent body whose activities are targeted at HIV prevention and highlighting the issues of vulnerable groups and communities in the field of services provided and promoting the involvement of these communities in the decision-making process.

During the meeting, the purpose and principles of the council were discussed and clarified. Based on the established goals and principles, the target community, MSM and transgender women, were clarified. Detailed provisions and points of the Consultative Council Charter were discussed.

The meeting took place in an enthusiastic atmosphere of numerous proposals for intense debate and effective work of the council, with the intention to meet next month's meeting to discuss the next meeting and to discuss future plans.

The Consultative Board was established at the initiative of New Generation Humanitarian NGO within the framework of Right to Health project implemented with the financial support of the Eurasian Coalition on Male Health (ECOM), on the funds of the Global Fund to fight AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria
